My sister said that when she picked up my chicken she threw up. When I went to check on her she threw up all water mixed with dirt. She is about 2years old. When she breaths it sounds like gurgling. Please help

Your hen probably had just drank water prior to your sister picking her up and the hen threw up the water. Unfortunately there was also water in her mouth that went down the trachea (windpipe) to cause the gurgling. There's nothing that you can do. Hopefully your hen will eventually be okay.

After holding her, it’s whenever her head goes toward water and food mixture come out. What does that mean

Be sure that you are not holding her and pressing on her crop. That cannmake food and water come back up into the back of the throat and sound gurgly. There also could be a possibility that she has a crop disorder such as impacted crop or sour crop. How does her crop feel now if you gently cup your hand around it? It is located in the upper right chest, and may be lower if it is full. The crop should be full at bedtime from eating and drinking all day, and then feel empty and flat in early morning. If not their may be a crop disorder.

She doesn't have anything in her crop, and she became lethargic. She didn't even go into the coop at night, she was just laying there. Every time her head goes down she spits up all of the water she has in her system
