Chicken has bumblefoot

Ok here's the story

About 2 weeks ago I noticed my chicken had bumblefoot.i picked away the scab and a little black thing came out.i am putting neosporin on it.she isn't limping too much.but the scab is still there. Is this normal?

Can you get a photo or two - showing the foot with her standing on it and then the area where the scab is located? Is there swelling or other distortion to the form of the foot around the scab? Did you clean or flush the area at al when you removed the scab?

I will try to get a photo when I got back out.there is no swelling on top of the foot and very minimal swelling on the bottom.i just removed the scab and have been putting neosporin on it
