A month earlier my chicken got attacked by a raccoon one chicken died and another chicken named 'red' got abunch of feathers pulled out from the raccoon, but there almost fully grown in now. But after a month from the attack I've been seeing Flaky skin on her, it hasn't change color from her skin on her. Does it have to do with the attack?? Is it normal? Or is it like a dog having Flaky skin? I put in the raccoon attack because idk if the feathers getting ripped out had to do with it. She's 1-2 years old and has been sick 2 other times. The flacks skin appeared right after she healed after being sick and walking very slow. Please help.

Could you be seeing signs of lice?

I just checked and since she hates people touching her feathers it was difficult, I moved her feathers around checked under her wings but I couldn't see anything. After I checked her she kept like 'biting' herself or itching so Maybe... I couldn't see any though. Now I think about it we do have lots of fleas in are yard. While I'm typing this I just found a tiny bug on my hand -_- Is there medicine for it? And even though I can't see any will it be ok to give her?

I bet she has some type of lice or mite..
I prefer this product, it is sold for horses but it works well.
If you can't find this ANY spray with permethrin in it will take care of the critters.

You may want to spray your coop too, just in case you are dealing with mites because mites live in the coop and only come out at night to eat the bird.

Can you post some photos?

Where are you seeing this dry skin? If she had feathers ripped out and is growing in replacements, you may be seeing the sheath that is shed when new feathers come in. Birds will preen to help remove the sheath.

It won't hurt to treat her for lice or mites.

Note in the first 2 photos the "sheath" that is being shed, this often see on the feathers which can sometimes look similar to dandruff.

I agree that it could be feathers growing in, especially since I see a lot of flaky skin this time of year with my chickens molting. But you may want to part her feathers under the vent and look for lice or clumps of lice eggs at the base of feathers. Most chicken lice stay around the lower vent, while another kind prefer the under part of wings and around the neck.

She had white stuff on her neck like the picture! I'll check her as best as I can and try to take pictures
