Chicken has PIMPLES???!!!!

My wyandotte chicken is less than a year old and she has been having some respiratory problems recently as she was playing in the sand box and laying eggs there. Now she has pimple type yellow bumps all over her face which are causing us some puzzlement and concern because we have no idea what it is and I'm pretty sure chickens don't get acne like teenagers!

I'm not sure if she has this.. as they have stayed as yellow bumps for quite a few days without scabbing, some of the yellow bumps seem to dry off?
She is eating and behaving as normal, just kinda grossed out by them!
