Chicken has runny nose

Guys I went to go check on my girls and my barred rock Bandit looked down and mucus came running down her beak. When I picked her up I noticed her comb and face appear swollen and bumpy. I separated her from the flock just incase. I think the sudden dropes in temps are giving them the sniffles but yall let me know if I’m tripping. Pictures attached

Have you added any new birds recently?

In July you posted about another hen with an eye infection (link below), what was the outcome of that?

It may be that you have an illness that is working its way through the flock, hard to know.

For Bandit, I'd keep the nostrils cleaned, look inside the beak for any signs of canker. Facial swelling can be concerning, if you notice any Conjunctivitis in the eyes, I would treat with the ointment and see how it goes.

Hi! I’m July we had baby chicks. As of now no new hens matter fact we took away 2 roosters.
As for the hen with the eye infection, she went blind in that eye and has recovered more then well as she has become the new head gancho in charge.
I got nervous when I saw the mucous leave her beak at Bandit is 6 years old and has NEVER been sick.
I’m pumping them all with vitamins, minerals and protein.
