I noticed my chicken not acting right so I did my research and I believe she has sour crop so she has probiotics and electrolytes in her water with some acv and Epsom salt. I've been give that to her since yesterday and she has not improve. She also hasn't had for since yesterday morning. She doesn't lay eggs anymore and seems to have a lump in between her legs....Help please

To verify that your hen has sour crop, or any crop disorder, you need to check her crop in the morning before she eats or drinks. A full, squishy crop in the morning means sour crop as a rule.

You will need to treat the yeast infection with an anti-yeast medicine such as Nystatin or miconazole (women's vaginal yeast cream). Here's an article to help you figure out and treat crop disorders. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

If you hen has a fatty abdomen, she may have other issues such as liver disease, and that can contribute to sour crop.

I've looked at a few sites and they say to not feed anything to her until it's empty....Do you have any experience with this? Should I be feeding her? The swelling in the crop has gone down since this morning should I just continue what I've been doing?

Go ahead and let her eat whatever she likes all day. Then be sure not to feed her tomorrow morning until after you examine her crop. If the crop is flat and empty, and you don't feel any contents in it, she has no crop disorder.

On the other hand, if the crop is full and squishy feeling, she has a crop disorder and it will need to be treated. The article tells how.

Hi

What makes you think she has sour crop? Does her breath smell sour? Is her crop large and squishy?
The swelling between her legs and the fact that she has not been laying for a while is much more concerning and may well be why her crop is not functioning properly. What is her poop like? Are the feathers below her vent soiled? Whatever is causing that swelling may well be restricting the passage of waste through her gut and if waste cannot get out then her whole digestive system will slow down including her crop and her appetite will diminish. Sadly the sort of things that cause abdominal swelling in a hen are often fatal sooner or later and apart from very expensive and/or risky veterinary treatment, there is little hope long term.
Can you post a photo of her abdominal swelling? Is it hanging between her legs? Is it hard or soft? Does she feel unusually heavy? Does she walk with her legs wide apart? These are all symptoms which suggest a serious reproductive problem.

She has no breath smellyness but it's very squishy and watery. Her poop is white and green. Her feather have little waste on them and the lump is kinda hard but squishy.

She has a impacted gizzard....wish us luck! I think I caught it early enough that she'll make it through. She's been pooping green for the last two days which is a good sign!

Can you post a photo of her poop? Green can be normal depending on the shade but it can also be an indication that her digestive system is shutting down. The white is just urates from the kidneys like urine is for us.
That swelling does not look good and whilst I am not sure what is causing it I'm not sure there is much that you can do about it.
There is no treatment, as far as I am aware, for an impacted gizzard. Do you mean an impacted crop and if so, are you planning to vomit her or do surgery? I personally believe that any crop or digestive problem is linked to that abdominal swelling and you will just be trying to treat the symptom rather than the cause.

I do wish you luck but sadly I do not believe that this will end well for your hen.
