Chicken has swollen crop and seems weak - plz help

Is she standing in a "penguin position"?
Has she swollen abdomen? What colour are the poops?

I squirt a half inch of cream onto my finger, pry the beak open by pulling down on the wattles, and then wipe the cream off into the inside of her beak. It's that simple. Treat twice a day for seven days, not one day less.

I wouldn't say so she's more just hunched up and spend a lot of time dozing.
Her abdomen is pretty swollen - I wouldn't say it was tennis ball sized but it's not far off - I can get a photo if it would help.
Her poops are really watery and infrequent - I think they've been ranged between yellowish to clears

I've seen a few things mentioning doughy crop - I'm not sure how that differs from sour crop, but doesn't anyone think it could be that??

...it makes me think, maybe (i'm not so expert), about some reproductive issue, they're very frequent in chickens.. what breed is she?
try to read something about internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis and make us know!!
