chicken has very droopy wing

My hen can stand up and walk very small distances, she gets tripped up with her wing. She’s not interested in eating or drinking water, i’m trying to find a vet for her but am having no luck since they all tell me that they won’t treat birds!

People recommend Epsom salt baths (just plain Epsom, not any scent, etc) for muscle pain/relaxation in chickens. There's videos. It's definitely not a cure all, and sometimes things get worse anyway, but it is something you can do if you don't want to let her be.
