Chicken is missing a ton of feathers, small yellow scabs on side and stomach.

I don’t think it’s mites because I couldn’t find any eggs or mites, but she has huge chunks of feathers missing. It’s been pretty hot recently so I thought it was molting but I haven’t seen any pin feathers coming in. She’s been lethargic and very quiet, normally I can’t catch her but recently she just lets me pick her up.
