Three days ago i noticed that one of my chickens wasn’t eating too much and wasnt walking for most of the day. This has been occuring for the past 3 days and she has been eating very little but still drinking water. She has just been standing still or on the roost for most of the day and it seems like she doesnt want to eat any food. She also seems like she has had her feathers puffed up recently and it kind of seems like she is limping on here right foot.I checked if she was egg bound but wasnt, I dont know what else she may have, can someone please help!(I have pictures of her poop and how she looks, today she kind of looks pale.)

I'm not an expert, but I have some questions:
1. What food does she eat? Do you offer calcium supplements?
2. Are her flock mates doing ok?
3. You said she was limping, have you checked for bumble foot or a similar issue?
4. When was the last time she laid an egg?
5. How old is she?
6. Have you checked for parasites/worms/mites/when was the last time you de-wormed her?

Some more people who might be able to help:
@Eggcessive @azygous @dawg53

Hope she'll be ok!

Place a towel over her nice an snug ( like swaddling a child). this will help you lay her on her back and look closely at each foot leg make note of any swelling, bruising, scaps, and sores ect. If you find anything and can safely take pics that will help us help her. If you do not see anything on her back with a good hold of her slowly open the towel check her weight do you feel nothing but bone, does she feel meaty? Is she loosing feathers. Anything strange( sores, scabs ect.) work your way up to her crop. Does it feel hard, squishy, does it smell sour ect.. If she is laying look to see if she has anything at her vent. See if she is egg bound. Let us know what you find. Make sure she does get fluids and offer food. Make note is she is drinking on her own if you need to assist and same with food. Good luck.

Yellow foamy greasy-looking chicken poop could be a sign of coccidiosis, worms, or a diet too high in protein or kidney dysfunction.

1. They eat pellets, but I believe the day after we bought a different type of brand for the chicken food she decided to stop eating.
2.The other hens are doing just fine and eating normal.
3.She doesn’t have bumblefoot, I checked every chicken, since im dealing with it on 2 chickens right now.
4.Im not sure, I dont think she has laid an egg, because of the lack of calcium that she has and because she doesn't want to move a lot.
5.I’d say she is around almost a year old.
6.No, I have not I’m also not sure how to de worm chickens and was afraid I would do something and mess everything up.

There's a good chance she has a bacterial infection. Do you have an oral antibiotic on hand?
Sadly , I do not have any bacterial infection, which would be a cheap but effective brand ? Also how does she get the bacterial infection, since she does have a penny sized wound that we have been treating for a while now.

She doesnt seem to have bumble foot, she does how ever feel like she is losing weight but not molting or loosing any feathers, she has had this wound for a while and we have been putting Vetricyn and sometimes antibiotic ointment and its been healing pretty good.About the eggs im not really sure, since I have been busy and cant exactly chekc but ill try my best to check and see although I dont think she will since she hasn’t been eating much of food with calcium, I dont think she is egg bound I have checked her, probably not sour crop either since it doesnt smell terrible. She does however still drink water and some food today she ate a good amount of corn and other things but no pellets since she doesn't eat them no matter how hard I try.
