Chicken lag not working

Hi, my hen is one year old, can't walk for a few days, can't stand properly now, sits all the time, can eat, a few days ago she was allowed to sit with eggs, since then this problem, what should I do now please tell me

She may need vitamins, poultry cell, goat gel (selenium and vitamin E). Look up vitamin deficiency, sometimes they get to committed and don't eat.

What are you feeding her for her daily diet?
Have you inspected her leg from top to bottom for injury/inflammation?
When did she las lay an egg?
Is there any swelling being her legs or in her abdomen?
