This is the info for all the towns in Monmouth County NJ, I think. I am not sure if this okay but anyways this for the people living in Monmouth County. Reply if any is this is wrong.

I just wanted to point out to the Original poster that the link for regulation posted was for Aberdeen, South Dakota and not of Aberdeen Township New Jersey. This might mislead people. I have been looking for the same and have not found any for Aberdeen NJ yet.
