As some others have recommended, I encourage looking up information for lab testing in your region and submitting her for a necropsy. I don't see where you are located, but in my state, I can get a "backyard chicken" necropsy for $10. That doesn't includes marek's testing, but it does include physical evaluation and testing for some other common viruses. Each time I've gotten a necropsy, I've gotten information that helped me keep my other birds healthy.
I doubt this bird had Marek's, sounds like there may have been an injury that damaged the spinal cord and internal organs, but if you have any doubts, you should thoroughly check the remainder of your birds. If there's an infectious disease of any sort, early detection is critical to maximize chances of recovery for those still living.
