Chicken leg injury

Good morning everyone !!
This morning letting the chickens outside noticed hotsauce (our golden comet) was not using 1 leg at all. Not weight bearing in the slightest. She does everynow and then put the foot down if she's falling over but mostly she's hopping on 1 leg...
I didn't see any signs of bumblefoot or swelling on the bottom of her foot.. so what else could it be ??

She's currently in the hospital kennel (Xl dog kennel)

She's 1 year old. Behavior normal and was outside free ranging as best as she could. Comb is super red, no lice, no mites. No visible cuts or scrapes on leg

How high is your roost in the coop?

I just noticed my 2 y o hen having the same issue as described above. She was free ranging but now she is sitting in the grass in the shade (a hot day in the PNW). Every time she gets up, she can barely put weight on it. Ideas?
Our roost is perhaps too high- 26 inches?
