Chicken lethargic, weak , LOSING WEIGHT..Help PLEASE!

Ellie, is lethargic, her feathers are all messy, she's having a bit of trouble walking around, and she's dropped atleast 1 pound since yesterday. Her face is also red. She isn't unbalanced she's just drowsy and weak. She ate some turkey and alittle moist grass but hasn't drank. What should my friend do? Do you know what she has?

She's doing better, but another hen has the same symtoms, just worse.

This is what I would do: Seperate,Electrolytes in water, yogurt, keep an eye out for further symptoms. (and let us know)

Sounds like she might need to be dewormed to me. But with her being so sick deworming her could kill her. If she feels better maybe try some wazine, its a cheap mild roundworm dewormer. (So I've read on here) good luck!

I tell her to use my miracle worker:

Cayenne, seems to heal every thing.
