Chicken lethargic yesterday, not leaving coop today.

Morning all,

Noticed yesterday that one of my 3 hens was slightly lethargic towards the end of yesterday; lots of standing around aimlessly, but her tail was still pointed up. Her crop seemed fine, and I couldn’t feel anything that felt like an egg around her abdomen.
This morning my dad let them out, they all came out but now she returned to and has stayed in the coop all day. Doesn’t appear to be doing much, although I note that her tail is moving very slightly up and down (almost like a pulse) fairly constantly.
Any ideas?

Hard to tell. You may want to isolate her so you can observe her more closely. What is her poop like? Is she eating and drinking water? You might try putting some electrolytes in her water and feeding her scrambled eggs to give her a boost.
