Chicken Lice and Crossbeaks

Howdy guys! Long time no see!
So y'all remember my darling girl Chrissy, with the crossbeak. Well she moved into my apartment with me last month (alongside my turken Bowie) so I can monitor her eating as I usually would at my parent's house. Bad news is, she's got a lice infestation. I sprayed em both down with a pest control, but she's got so many, and I doubt she can clean them all off. I've seen Bowie help groom her a few times, but I doubt it's enough. What can I do to help get all those nasty little buggers off?

UPDATE: Chrissy had a bath. She WAILED at me and she was really angry but now she's snuggled up under a blanket watching YouTube. I washed a ton off, then pulled a bunch more off her that had been suffocated by dish soap. Convenient time for a bath because she was caked in food. Tomorrow she's gonna get her permethrin spray

One of the poultry pest sprays we carry at work, I think it's the MannaPro Poultry Protector but I'd have to check. I've seen some folks say you may have to use something stronger like Ivermectin though

Permethrine based powder or spray will work.
