Chicken lice?

Not sure if this is chicken lice or something else going on. I can’t see anything on my girls but two of them are missing a lot of feathers. I noticed my buff was molting hard this week which I guess could be normal? She just finished brooding for almost a month. But my salmon faverolle is now missing all the feathers from one side of her neck. I don’t think anyone is picking on her because she’s usually the bully. Should I treat it as lice or could it be a different disease/nutritional issue?

Photos would help, as the buff was molting are you sure that the missing feathers on the faverolle aren't just her molting as well?
Lice can cause lost feathers, but they should be quite obvious if there's enough to cause obvious damage.
Have you looked for small light brown bugs on their skin?

Also do they have diatamaceous earth? some sand to roll in? or places in the yard they dig up to roll around?
