Chicken lice?

I think my chicken has lice. Feathers are gone around vent. I see what looks like egg sacks around several of feather’s quill. Also see little pale colored bugs crawling on its skin. How do I treat for this

The permethrin 10 concentrate can be mixed with water 1 tsp per quart, and is very economical to use on chickens during warm weather, and for treating the coop once all bedding is thrown away. The permethrin dust is good for cooler weather, but I still prefer the spray for treating the coop. Lice hatch every 7-10 days, so be sure to repeat treatment in 10 days until all lice eggs are gone. The spray lasts in the coop for 30 days.
