I think BayBay Peepers means an egg factory - as in an intensive chicken rearing facility.

It took me a while to work it out as well!

In addition to possible leg mites, she may have foot pad dermatitis from being in a soiled cage constantly. I would do epsom salt warm soaks daily to her feet. If there are leg mites (raised scales, rough skin) then I would also apply oil or vaseline to the feet and legs. The feet might do better with neosporin ointment. Later the oil can be applied to legs for mites weekly. Biotin deficiency can sometimes cause this, so you may want to supplement her.
