chicken little went to town today

since i built the webpages on my site for chicken little he gets lots of kids coming to visit. quite often people drive their kids from other states to see him. i hope there are not any federal laws governing taking kids across state lines to look at chickens... ;-)

Hey Michael,
If you go to LTC campus to make the pictures of chicken little with the rooster painted like the American Flag be careful of the campus security. Although, I think they would be cool with the idea of what your doing if you take the time to speak with them. Then again, they will probably think you are one of the students taking pictures and say nothing to you. A thought, go during the holidays when campus is closed. I am a student there and I would say the best bet is to go during the up coming Christmas break.
Good luck,

I don't know how many of these big fiberglass chickens are around and about the Gainesville area, but I wonder how well a chicken calendar from the Poultry Capital of the World would

You know, some of them were stolen!!! Just shortly after the town art project was completed several were damaged and a few stolen. How sad because they are all so unique and beautiful. I'll have to pay more attention as I am out and about to see if they have replaced the damaged ones and missing ones.

Michael, all the way thru your story, I kept thinking, wow, this man should write children's books! I'm glad you will do that, your story is so endearing.
