I use this all the time. I take two good size spoonfuls of Hoisin sauce, add just a little olive oil and then stir in enough water to thin it out a bit. I pour it over cooked and deboned cut up chicken and then after a short time of letting it marinate I saute it (I like a bit of crispy). I use it over rice, along with sauted or steamed veggies, or make sandwiches out of it.
