I split a hatch of a friend's EE eggs for more color. I have 73 in the yard now, 20 hit the brooder Tuesday night, and I set 28 WCBP last night. Chicken math goes nuts once you go from addition to multiplicationI put a shipped dozen in the incubator last night. Since I was undecided about putting a few of them under my broody I just took a couple of recently laid cream legbar eggs and slipped them under the broody( don't tell my husband). We need more blue egg layers.
