My daughter let the chicken news slip. My wife DIDN'T know about the chickens. SHE TOOK MY DEBIT CARD AWAY!!! Im still in the "chicken house"

SEE! SEE!!! I rest my case. It really is the guys causing all the problems with poultry numbers increasing. My husband came up with the lame excuse it was my running my incubator that was making the chicken numbers escalate so I promised I wouldn't run it this spring. And he was responsible for 7 out of 12 chickens that joined our flock this spring. (And no, the incubator wasn't run)

I blamed it on the HATCHERY. Told my wife they HAD to ship that many or they would get cold and die.

I bought a brooder light and thermometer at tractor supply earlier. IT'S killing me!! Im wanting to put the red bulb in and turn it on!!! Oops. Here she comes

Everytime my husband asks what I am going to do with all the chicks and ducklings I am hatching I tell him I am going to sell the ones I dont want. He still hasnt figured out that I want all of them!

She got my debit card. But I was still able to wait list some birds for 2016. Lol I will slip them in when she isn't looking

Gonna get the next batch from Ideal Poultry. Ive used them before and had excellent results

I am laughing at all the goings on as I too suffer from the incurable addiction to cute little fluffy egg machines. LOL I have 45 chickens and am out of eggs. HOW did that happen...... OH it is because I sell the eggs and so the chickens are self supporting.
HMMM I am out of eggs. LOL should I wait it out or go buy eggs..... Naw need more chickens.

I do not, I repeat, I do not have a chicken addiction. But I have more people who want eggs than I have eggs. So the only viable solution is to get more egg makers, right?
