Very easy to do! I wanted 2-3 originally, never been around chicken, Came home with 10. Now I have 23 hens.

Don't go and tell my hubby but I think I am keeping all the young chickens. I think with the older gals going to the freezer that leaves me with 30. A bit snug in the coop built for 28 but doable perhaps.
I did manage to get a temporary

hoop coop strengthened and raised a bit higher this weekend. I have 6 in that one since they are younger and Polish. I wonder how long I can play off the temporary status.........

I didn't even try for temporary. Lol so far Ive spent over 800$last week on my coop/brooder.
