more improvement is coming to the first chicken coop in few days, I will post more pictures, last week I have triniched and installed new water lines with two yard hydrents, I am sooooo happy finally I don't need to lay water hoses all over the yard to get to my water containers.
I will take some pictures in the morning.

Today is the Grand opening of my new coop I finally cut the existing wall between the big coop and the new one and installed door and I also got the rooosts done and poured concrete in the old coop
Here is the first picture of the new door taken from the new coop

here are two rosstes on the north wall

one more roost on the south wall

here is my new door again

and here is the coop from ouside

and now here is my new friend Mr. Lionardo or Mr. Cruncher.

Well now I have to find another project to start a new Post
