My first clutch of mutts that hatched back in November/December are getting old enough that I can start to see their true colors.
Seis-Renamed "Grace". Bantam cochin/bantam d'uccle mix. If she hadn't hatched from a cochin egg, I would have thought she was pure d'uccle.
Cinco-Renamed "Bob". Bantam Cochin/EE mix. Shares a mother with Grace. Since they were hatched and brooded together, they're pretty much inseparable.
Quatro. Mother was an EE. Not sure who the daddy is. He won't be getting a formal name since he's a roo and there's a chance we won't be keeping him.
Dos-Renamed "Kismet". Production Red/EE cross.
And here's some photos of our new mutt babies, born in February
The "snow angels". They don't have official names yet, but I'm pretty sure they're both girls. White Rock/EE mixes
Ninja, bantam cochin mix
Samurai. Mother is Gladys, our Black Sexlink hen. Father unknown.
Colorful babies.
