lol Until one of my hens goes broody or I buy an incubator, it could be a very long wait indeed. Rest assured I'll be back to this very thread the moment I do hatch mutt babies :D

My first set of birds from TSC this is one of the "silkies" no fluff on head or feathers on feet/leggs. I love the slicked back head looks like it should be a runner. 7 weeks old as of now. Not really sure if it counts as a true mutt though.

You can count it as a "Mutt".. but it is probably purebred Silkie - just very very very poorly bred... I love their dark eyes and their blue earlobes.. If its a hen it will probably make a great broody mommie for you.
