Dominiques: Tink, Black Betty, Fat Ziva the Diva, TJ, Helen (RIP), Domino (RIP)
Australorps: Penny (RIP), Luna

Thanks fricknfricassee! They are already growing SO fast I can't wait to see what they all look like at 4 weeks! I wish we had taken pics of each of them the day they arrived because they have at least doubled in size already. We weren't planning on naming any of them till we found out which ones were roos & decided on which ones to keep (we have 30 but only planned on keeping a dozen or so), but the names just came to us at different times & they were perfect...I've found that if we try to force them, we draw a blank....like there is one brave little Olive Egger that keeps flying up & sitting on the ledge of the box every time we take the net off & I think she deserves a name next, but I'm sure it will come

I love "Cluck Kent"

some of my favorites so far:
TInTennessee's: Polka & Dot the 2 black barred rocks, plus Lunch and Dinner for the Roos (I have a couple of those that may get names like that).

Fricknfricassee's: Fricassee That name reminds me of someone's chickens that were named Noodle, Casserole, Nugget, and Cacciatore

Someone above had Pepper for their Barred Rock but now I don't remember who

My chickens names are: (I went for Fairy Tale Theme)
(Briar) Rose RIR pullet
Aurora RIR pullet
Cinderella GoldenComet/SexLink pullet (white w/ brown tail and black specks around neck)
Goldilocks GoldenComet/RedSexLink pullet (redish-brown & white)
Gretel GoldenComet/RedSexLink pullet (redish-brown & white)
Giselle GoldenComet/RedSexLink pullet (redish-brown & white) name from Enchanted
Beauty Barrred Rock pullet
Belle Barred Rock pullet
Blanche Barred Rock pullet (French Snow WHITE) she has less black on beak

I have a month old Barred Rock cockerel that I'm still deciding on name: either Prince Charming or Prince Phillip (I didn't get to name my son Phillip because hubby didn't like it so here I can use it
wink.png
- it's Sleeping Beauty's prince)

I also have two Easter Eggers that I'm deciding on: I bought them hoping female but have been told on EE forum that they look like males. (I am thinking of trying for another female in which case I might want to keep a male for ee chicks.)
The dark one if he gets to stay might be Prince Ali (I still am holding out hope that it's a female because the comb is still pale and Ali can easily change to Allie) or I my just give him the name Prince Phillip
.
The light one, (I see male characteristics now), is the one that's going to get a meal type of name.

The Bantams have a rock theme: Flint (gray booted roo), Citirne (buff booted pullet), Onyx (black booted pullet), and Pyrite (OEGB pullet)

Edited to Add: New All-White Easter Egger pullet bought 6-13: Snow White (Snowey for short)

My husband named his rooster "DaRick" After DaRick Rogers a Wide Receiver on the Tennessee Volunteer Football team! I thought it was crazy, but my husband was VERY against getting chickens. So I figured if he has taken a liking to the roo, enough to claim him and give him a name! Who am I to say anything.... I am glad my husband has come around to enjoying the chickens.
