I'm posting a little late,but I'm so glad he made it!

I helped him out of his shell because he nevered pipped, stupid, I know, and he laid there motionless, eyes closed, only breathing visibly if we poked him, for two whole days. WI'm talkimg a chick that was impossible to tell from a dead one, except for an occasional muscle spasm. Woke up Easter morning unable to tell him from the others because of his band color.

....just added two more chicks to our crew today. -a Golden Laced Wyandotte that the daughter named "Kin'iro" (sticking with her Japanese theme). -and then there's the Black Australorp dubbed "Publius" courtesy of the son (in honor of the collaborators on The Federalist Papers). Our Buff Orpington arrives Friday, and MOM gets to name this one.

-thinking a nice, normal name like Elizabeth......

Riza (she loves to cuddle with me. Named after Riza Hawkeye, one of my favorite characters from Fullmetal Alchemist)
and Cheza (everybody's favorite. She's a barred rock and was the only one to survive the fishercat incident that took the lives of her siblings...)
