They have decided to name the eggs in the bator based on the alphabet and start with 'A' and go on from there. We'll see what 7 year old twins and a 4 year old come up with.

The cutest name I have heard lately is what Bobbi Porto named one of her Silkies, "Capt. Underpants" It's so fitting for a Silkie !!

We ended up with one rooster from our spring chickens that was named Rhodie, which turned to Rudy--but being in the city and not allowed roosters, we ended up having him for dinner

I was sad, as he was my favorite--such a pretty RIR. But we knew that would be the case if our 90% chance female failed.
