Chicken Newbie with issues ugh!!!

Hi everyone! Just took my first three chickens home ever on Sunday. My commercial brown (20 wks old) layer is majorly picking on my 14 week old Araucana and Speckled sussex. To the point of not letting them be in the same area of the coop or near the food and water, pecking out feathers etc. It's only been a few days but i'm worried I've taken home a rotten chicken Poor babies huddle in the corner away from her. Should I separate her or wait for the pecking order to settle? Any help is most appreciated!

She needs to go to jail. Can you put her in a dog crate, or otherwise separate her from the youngsters for a few days? Also, give the little ones places to get out of her sight, hide from her when you do let her out of jail. How big is their coop and run? You need at least 30 square feet of run, and 12 square feet of coop for 3 birds. Also, give them separate feed and water stations.
