Hen is bobbing her head up and down slowly and rhythmically. She’s still interested in her food and eating it. Checked inside her throat, nothing seems stuck. Her crop is half ish full

How old is she?
Is her crop emptying overnight?

Has she suffered any type of trauma to the head/neck, like a hard peck to the head or has she been attacked?

Any changes in her eyes, eye color or shape?

Just from your description - bobbing the head up and down slowly and rhythmically, it sounds neurological. It wouldn't hurt to go ahead and start her on vitamin therapy now while we wait for more info and video.

Give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with egg to help with the uptake of E.
