Hey all,
I have a 2 year old Millie Fleur D’uccle named Kiwi, and her spunky and sweet personality makes her my favorite lady. Recently, she’s been showing signs of illness, ie staying by herself, lethargic, not doing typical chicken things like scratching. I brought her inside to isolate her and keep her warm. I just wanted to share some symptoms and see if any of you wonderful chicken people have any ideas. She’s drinking regularly (I treated the water with VetRx and Rooster Booster), and showing interest in food. Her poop is green and white with some clear mucus. She’s still lethargic but able to stand and move around when she wants to, but hasn’t really been roosting. Her tail has been bobbing up and down a bit when she breathes. She’s currently not laying eggs (seasonal winter break), but I checked anyway for any bound eggs (internally and externally) and found nothing. She is vaccinated against Marek’s as well. Any thoughts?
