Not layer feed, as she's not yet laying. Grower, flock raiser, even unmedicated starter would be fine. Because you haven't been feeding an optimal diet, it could've slowed her development a little bit.

What general part of the world do you live in? Other than the..less than ideal diet, if you're entering into winter, you can expect less eggs as well. Is she your only chicken?
