Can anyone tell me what is wront with my chickEn? Ut suddenly started to act weird like it cant see with the right eye and keeps loosing balance.

How old is she?

There can be many conditions for loss of balance and sight. The first thing that comes to mind with your video is Marek's.
You may want to separate her so you can monitor her symptoms. Offer her some poultry vitamins that contain B vitamins or crush a human B-Complex vitamin and put it in her food.

See that she is staying hydrated and eating.

I dont know how old she is, i will give her vitamins today, yesterday she came in my room and set next to me on the bed and gave me an egg then she left!

I have a silkie chicken that cannot balance to it's got worse each day to where now she can hardly stand, I noticed she had a lice infestation which can cause anemia I'm so hoping she gets better
