Chicken pecked badly, need advice!

Just feeding her again, and I noticed for the second time, that her nose runs 1 drop when she starts breathing with her mouth open. Could this be respiratory?

@Eggcessive you helped me once before with respiratory illness. There are no bubbles in her eyes, no coughing or sneezing.

Just breathing with her mouth open occasionally, gurgling noises and burping when eating, and now water coming out of her nostril. She also seems to want to eat but not to drink.

Can you post pictures of her?
She’s got food on her front, but I’m not worried about that. She seems to be a little fluffed up.

Do you have nutri drench? Can you dip her beak into it undiluted, it will boost her immunity. I also brew echinacea tea for my hens when they're sick, you can mix it into her food so she takes it. If she has a virus it will boost her immune system to fight it.

I have something called hydro hen (I think that’s what it’s called), I’ll add that to her food, and sprinkle in some echinacea. 👍🏼
