I processed 5 roosters and this worked perfectly! Made a tiresome job easy. At a cost of $70, I can afford that, and it is well enough made that I should be able to process birds for a long time to come. It did come from Lithuvania, so took nearly 3 weeks to get here, but I am very pleased with it. We used a cordless drill, fastened to a bench with ratchet straps. It does create a mess of feathers everywhere, but with a cordless drill, it would be easy to do outside. It was just too cold today.
