Chicken Pluckers

Am I missing the savings on the whizbang? He sells a "package" for 395$ which doesn't include the biggest most expensive parts....

I built one from his book 2 yrs ago. I rent it out to local families. I purchased the flywheel & fingers from him. Everything else I sourced off the web or local shops. I have above average mechanical skills and am a moderate pack rat. The plucker does 2 birds at a time. I do 2 birds from placed into the cones to placed into the cooler 10 minutes with someone keeping the scald water hot.

Sorry for the late reply, but I just bought an EZ Plucker. The thing is fantastic. It works great, but is a bit louder than my feather man. Great plucker, not complaints, and if you get the larger one it can easily do turkeys as well!

I just bought the EZ Plucker181 yesterday, from cconly. I hope it works like it's been advertise.
It will, but let me tell you from experience, don't put those wheels on it. You're better of going to home depot and buying a nice pair of wheels from them. The wheels arn't made to hold the wait and are a pain to get on.
