Before Katrina. (2005). We had the Salt Bayou Bar, a camp on the lake in Slidell which hosted a nightly chicken drop. There were 100 squares at $1 a square. Once the 100 numbered squares were paid for. A hen was brought out, someone from the group of players blew on the hen's vent and the hen was placed in the box with the numbered squares. Where ever the hen pooed, the person who held that number won $100. It was actually great fun.
