Chicken poop! White runny! Help!

Need some help..here’s the details on the chicken in question.

2 year old lavender Orpington
Hasn’t been laying
Very lethargic
White stringy poop (doesn’t look like worms but not sure 100%)
Eats/drinks very little
Giving nutri-drench and electrolytes
Eats some apples, blueberries
Very red comb
Crop seems to be very empty in the mornings
Been like this for several days now
She is separated from other hens

What does this look like?

If it's vent gleet, you can give her probiotics and treat her vent with Miconazole cream.
