California is a LONG way from New York! An RV trip "Chicken tour" style would be so fun! Of course, about 100 miles from home, I would have to turn around, because the RV would be STUFFED with birds that I just "HAD" to have!

Maybe instead we could ALL do more pictures of our coops, our birds, etc. A picture is worth a thousand words and ALMOST as good as seeing the real thing and safer from "bio-hazard" concerns and hoarding tendancies, right!

I love seeing pictures of coops and birds! Maybe I will get motivated and get out and take some pictures of my coop and birds today! If I do, I want to see some from everyone else too!

Some of you had asked about my baby goats....Well here they are being guarded by a Beautiful Black Copper Marans rooster!

If you follow me on facebook, you can see the happy outcome of this picture!!!! Love, prayers and hugs to all. Nancy

First of all welcome to the thread. Second...oh NO to getting all cockerels! What the heck!? It is amazing that you are just starting out AND realizing your addiction!

Thank you! Yes, all cockerels. They were free from a local person so it doesn't matter that much. We're going to try and rehome them and if that doesn't work then sometime in the future all but like 2 or 3 will be dinner!

I guess I'm a step ahead for realize I'm addicted! (not sure if thats a good or bad thing
