There here! There here! I am now an owner of geese. A big thanks goes out to my poultry enabler, IdealisticRoo, for splitting an order with me. They are soooooooooooooooo cute!

Aw, I had to leave my pair at home in order to go to work, I considered taking them to the office with me, but immediately decided that was a BAD idea!

I am hopelessly in love with mine, they are SO alert. They do seem to be very perceptive, much more so than chickens.

I am disappointed they were not marked, I hope we ended up with a boy and a girl each!

Found an adopter for Aspen and Quinn yesterday which was fast. I just posted the listing yesterday morning. The adopter is annaraven on this site. I hope the babies enjoy their new home... They'll be picked up on Saturday.

Well good thing we live close to each other, because then if we need to trade to get the right boy girl combo we can. I have been looking on the Holderread and Metzer sites and they both say the females will have more grey on them and be darker, so I think we did good in our picks.

I don't even know how to tell for sure when they are full grown??? It's not like they crow or anything. They lay eggs, but not for a long time.
