The Easter Bunny visited my coop yesterday. My prize black silkie roo "Midnight" was more than happy to be held and photographed. He said it would be good publicity for his hens to see him on facebook. HA!

Mine ARE shipped, but they've been resting since yesterday... Is that long enough?

I vote yes.

I am no expert, but I always turn on day 1 and I get pretty decent hatches.

I let mine sit for around 4+ hours and then put them in the 'bator. I have an auto turner so they turn 24/7.

I have two call ducklings hatched. Didn't even see them pip, but I DID sleep ALL day long.

They aren't white ones, so..... maybe I can get away with the landlady not seeing them.... well, at least I can brood them.
