So cool!!! Congratulations! You get bonus points on the name!
Well her name Hereford is from England though the breed is from the U.S. I had just watched the movie again when I got her and the others and the first time I fed them it was vegetable and fruit waste from the market I get for free. She will sit up quickly and her ears with flop up just enough for me to see her excited eyes and I swear a smile as she trots over for a feast. So after seeing that I just thought Doubtfire would be perfect.
The Boar I named "Old Major" not the most politically correct name but I liked the book so sue me. The other Sow is "Blanch" from the Golden Girls a show I watched alot as a kid. Blanch is still warming up to me and you can tell she's smart so alot like Blanch the character.
Now the Tamworth's I have in a seperate pin nearer the chickens, which the chickens like until the pigs chase them out, lol. I am sure one day I will lose one or two chickens to a pig.
The Tam's seem to root around more than my Herefords, which is good. I have Hybrid Hazel nut bushes in their pen and plenty of nuts on the ground from the bushes and the Burr Oak in the pasture. I had to name the boar "Peanut" he's sweet but not the brightest light in the universe. "Peanuts" wife, lol, is "Martha" full name Martha Stewart. She bosses Peanut around and they both enjoy wallowing in the mud hole.
