I'm thinking cooking might destroy the nutrients. I have used it in place of mayo in recipes though or half an half.

Yes, I have several large coops, but most of them are pretty small.

Since I'm getting a 48 ft. refridgerated trailer delivered tomorrow, and once I get it fixed up I will be moving all the purebreds out there. I will still keep a fair sized layer flock...of course!

No, but it is insolated so it will keep them warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. I will be putting in electricity, and of course an AC. I might also put a wood stove in there to keep them extra cozy this winter.
