eww! today i was out with my chickens and one of the hens like..THREW UP!
whats up with that? but i went and looked at the vomit, and it was clear. i didnt even know chickens could throw up..weird. why do they do it? im confused.
My chickens have thrown up before! It happens when they drink too much and then you accidentally squeeze their crops or they bend down suddenly or something. It doesn't happen often, mine have only done it as little chicks or on a hot day after I refilled their empty water. Once a chick did it when my toddler squeezed her just after it had drank.
