Cally pecked some dried mealworms off of her treat. She would eat the messier peanut butter after her speech.

Daisy ate a small caterpillar inching by her feet.

Cally pecked at the suet cake a bit more. "Is this homemade?" she asked.

Yes it is homemade said Daisy. The intercom suddenly blasted, " Cally and Daisy it is now time for your speech " I repeat, " Cally and Daisy it is now time for your speech! They would go to their podiums together, Cally would speak first, and Daisy would speak second. Daisy could hear the crowd chanting their names from the dressing room. We better hurry said Daisy.
