@Akrnaf2 Did some I think w/ tumeric .
No, I am doing it with Paprika powder. (Red pepper powder)

The yellow is the most fresh organic egg I could find in my supermarket , the orange are my chickens eggs.
 
I work with clover kids. Assessing what they see needs to be simple so they can do it, figure out what findings mean, and explain findings to adults and other kids. Making this work is very easy put parents and kids need to exercise a little critical thinking. How do you say one egg is colored differently from another?
 
Where do eggs OP kid produces fall on this scale? Numbers can be applied where as color gets darker, the number gets larger. My intent was get OP and kid to try and figure it out with hints provided.
