Chicken see's stuff and acting crazy!?!

Can you make a video of her actions?
Post it to youtube, vimeo or as similar platform, then provide us a link, the BYC video upload does not work.

How long has she been like this?
What do you normally feed her?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
What does her poop look like?

Check her over for lice/mites and see that her crop is empty in the morning. Feel the abdomen for any bloat/fluid.

Photos of her eyes may also be helpful - have you noticed if they have changed color? Does she react to your hand being placed near the eyes?
And she never really ate alot she been like that for a long time but when she was acting like that it was around 6:00pm so she was like that for 4 hours than went back to normal. Her Crop is usally empty I dont know why she dont eat we tried giving her bannanas Tomatos Fruits Basic chicken food, live food and Fried meal worms that come in a green bag all my chickens love them but she dosent show any interest in it she is also loose the whole day most days so she can go peck around but she just sleeps alot like alot alot.

A basic examination of her is what you need to do too. Head to toe front to back right down to her skin.
Check her ALL over.
She dosent show any physical injuries, but she dosent eat alot we tried giving her bannanas, tomatos, live food, basic chicken food mixes, and fried meal worms which all my chickens love and eat them like crazy but she shows no interest in them she will peck at it stand there than leave.

She should not be sleeping a lot during the day. It sounds like she is very ill.
Is she thin? Lost a lot of weight?

Do you see her eating in the yard/when she's loose?
Does she lay eggs?

It's hard to know what's going on with her. If the crop is empty and she's not interested in food, she is also likely dehydrated. I would first try to get her drinking, then offer some food.
If you can collect a sample of poop to take or send for testing of worms that would be good.

We give her nutrieted food and water and yeah she is thin, i dont know why she dosent eat. we also add this liquid to there water supply so they wont get any parasites or worms.

And When she is in the yard she will just stand there peck at the grass and fall asleep standing up and go to sleep around and under the porch and she hasent laid eggs in a while.

If she has not laid eggs in a while, then she may have a reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis, cancer, tumors, internal laying or Salpingitis.
Symptoms include not eating/drinking, lethargy, swelling or fluid in the abdomen, runny/loose stool, difficulty walking, crop issues and weight loss.
If she is suffering from one of these, there is not a lot that can be done except to offer supportive care, try to keep them eating/drinking and if they decline further, let them go.

It's always a good idea to rule out worms or infection as the cause, so if you can get a fecal float.

Thrush or wet fowl pox? Something in her throat? Crop problems?
Other hens keeping her away from food, or she doesn’t have “permission” to eat?
Sleeping means she is ill with no energy.
Acting crazy may be dehydration?
